Marrow is pulled from your bone through a needle. There isn't one recovery time for everyone. Your work and the draw itself both matter. Ask when you can drive, lift, and walk normally. ## How sore can the bone feel after a marrow draw? Soreness won't feel the same for everyone. You may feel pressure while marrow is pulled through the needle. The skin over that bone can ache later.
